11a Revision time

[whohit]11a-Revision[/whohit]

Why do you have to revise?

The DV requests 30 hours of studying to match live classes.

In the past we noticed that many students used to revise before passing the exam after spending 30 hours for the complete course, ending up with a 40 hour- course. So, REVISION TIME  (part 2) is now been included in the total timing. There is no record of what you did during this time, so use it at your own discretion.

Part-1 with 10 lessons was set for 20 hours so you still have 10 hours to kill.( (9 hours plus 15 minutes for the exam to be exact)

We divided this time into 2 revision topics 11a and 11b of 4 1/2 hours each and counted 1 hour for the exam DO NOT CLOSE THE TAB OR LOG OUT, OR THE TIMING MAY RESET. It is recommended to leave the tab running in the background for 4 1/2 hours, as some browsers set up do not recognize the previous time.

Use revision time to check the lessons you did not quite understand. Exam questions concern only the text part (not the videos). This is free time, you are your own boss! Only YOU know what you need to do.

Do not forget to mark this page as done when the timer is finished (gone)-

Again: DO NOT CLOSE THIS PAGE ( rather open another tab OR USE THE SMILEY LINK BELOW. ) ) UNTIL DONE.
If you happen to lose your page during those 4 1/2 hours,  contact Pierre in the chatroom for help. if not responding, call 702-339-6321. If still not available leave a message and I will respond as soon as possible. I am mostly available every evening shift too but I am a human and cannot be 24/7 on my PC. (online mostly 15 hours/day including weekends.)Thank you for your understanding.

You can go back to read the topics of your choice and watch videos you missed or even randomly redo quizzes. Many students used to revise after the 30-hour course and had topics 2 hours each which was very frustrating. So we lowered topics time to 20 /60 or 90 mn each and some are 15 mn. Revision is now included in the 30 hours for your convenience.

Remember, this exam is not a school exam. You are a responsible person now and you must know what you need to learn more as it may save your life later.  Your driving has to become second nature like walking. Google ( or Alexa) will not be an option then.
Knowledge and practice are keys.

Every student has different ways to study. We used to have students revising AFTER the requested 30 hours of studying, so this way, revision time is included in it.

What you do during revisions is entirely up to you. (no grading, no record on that, you just need to kill time.)

On the next revision topic 11b, several tests are offered without obligation, try at least one at your discretion to test your knowledge (no grading on these tests). You can do this with a sibling or a parent as a fun game.!!!:)
