What Happens After the Exam

ATTENTION TEENAGERS:
You do not need your driver’s Ed Certificate of completion to pass the permit,  only to pass the driver’s License at 16.

To pass your DMV knowledge test /Permit at the DMV in order to take driving lessons you will need a school attendance certificate and a Parental authorization: (see below) 
Also, make an online appointment with the DMV ASAP (maybe 2 or 3 months delay)

THE CERTIFICATE COMES IN TWO PARTS: (see A and B below)

A – YOUR NOTARIZED STATEMENT: 
You will be able to download it right after passing the exam. This document must be returned to us (State Law) after being co-signed by one  Parent in front of a Notary public who will verify both your signatures and  Notarize the document. ( the original form is downloadable upon completing the exam.  contact us if you missed it).

B – YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:
This document is requested by the DMV on your appointment day for the final driving test. It is downloadable after we receive the Notarized Statement from you after being VERIFIED AND NOTARIZED BY AN official notary public )

 How do I get my Certificate? Follow this procedure: (see A and B below)

A- ABOUT THE NOTARIZED STATEMENT:

 
A –  DOWNLOAD YOUR PERSONALIZED STATEMENT just fter passing the exam (Blank form under your name).
DO NOT SIGN IT BEFORE SHOWING IT TO A NOTARY PUBLIC.
  1. After passing the exam click on the button “download   your certificate (part 1):
    that is your personalized Notarized statement

    DO NOT SIGN IT IN ADVANCE!
    If you missed it please contact Pierre in our chatroom to send you a new link for it. if urgent please call Pierre 702-339-6321

  2. Print your statement and bring it AS-IS to a Notary Public: (do not sign in advance)
    ( see PostNet or UPS store or possibly your bank, or any other place with a Notary Public. 
    You must go with one parent to co-sign with you.
  3. The Notary will verify both your signature and will apply an Official Stamp on the form with his/her signature.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: 

  4. Once verified and signed by the Notary:
    Take a picture of the Notarized Statement       
    and attach it to an email (do not send it by regular mail – this will save you time.
    (Emails to send it to are written on the statement)

    Verify the picture is clear and not out of focus before emailing it to us   KEEP THE ORIGINAL IN YOUR FILES. (This is not a DMV document).
  5. Wait for the return Email from us within 24 hours.

That Email will let you know that the Certificate is ready to be downloaded. We process Statements and certificates during evening shifts to be ready before 8 AM. 

DO NOT WAIT THE LAST DAY!

There will be a $50 fee to process it as an emergency the same day. (Pay using Zelle to 702-339-6321- Pierre
Remember that Notary Public are only open during business hours, they also may charge a small fee.
Bring Identification along with you and one Parent.

B – ABOUT THE CERTIFICATE

B –  Within 24 hours we will respond to your email to confirm your statement and unlock your Certificate.

Then you will be able to log into your account to download your Certificate of Completion

Print it and bring it as is with you,  when going to pass your DMV driving skill test.
Give it to the DMV Instructor.

                                  WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE EXAM

PLEASE, We are asking you to send us your statement ASAP after the exam at least 2 or 3 days before your DMV appointment to prevent any problems (Network, Server down, cyberattack, etc)

This statement is required by State Law and must be sent back to us (emails are written on the statement). You will be able to download it under your name after the exam (see the button that says Download Certificate)

We are treating statements and certificates during the same evening shift only.
If sending it the same day of your DMV appointment we will do our utmost to help you get it in time (if possible) but there will be a $50 charge for EMERGENCY SUPPORT (payable using Zelle to 702-339-6321). Pierre
This charge will be fully refundable immediately if we cannot make ourselves available.

This statement stipulates that
” You declare, under the penalty of perjury,  that you did the course by yourself.” (State Law)

(not needed when passing the knowledge test at the DMV (permit).

NOTE: FOR TEENS TO PASS THE  DRIVING SKILL TEST AT 16 you will need:

WHAT IS A NOTARY PUBLIC?

How Does A Notary Identify A Signer?

Where can I find a Notary Public?
[shc_shortcode class=”shc_mybox”]In many places: Post net, UPS store, Post Office, your bank may also have one for their clients. Call them first, since a charge may apply. Be aware that they are only available during business hours. Remember to send it back 24 hours before your DMV appointment. Make sure to plan!!![/shc_shortcode]

INFORM YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN  to make sure that they will be available. Please plan accordingly for your DMV driving test appointment!
