Again: this is NOT your final certificate for the DMV but a statement You need to have a notary public NOTARIZED it. Then, return it to us, so we can unlock your final certificate (state Law).
IMPORTANT:
MAKE SURE TO SEND IT BACK AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DMV APPOINTMENT

We treat all statements in the evening.
There will be a $50 charge if you send us the statement
on your DMV appointment day, as an emergency request.
